distances, traffic patterns and competitor pricing. We found that
the more accurate we were in identifying these parameters, the more

to point’ database in the country with over 300,000 rates.
» Point to Point pricing is calculated by distances between
the starting and terminal locations, adjusted by ease of access
to major thoroughfares.
» Charter/As Directed/Hourly pricing is based on the total
amount of time the vehicle is hired. In this scenario, the Chauffeur
and vehicle are directed by the customer. It can range from waiting
at one point for hours to multiple short lived stops.
» Special Events are a combination of a defined hourly
charter plus all of the extras that are included. Special Events.
